Cancellation
If you’re unable to make a class or workshop, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected].
- If you withdraw from a course 14+ days prior to the first class, a 100% studio credit will be issued.
- If you withdraw within 2 weeks of the class starting, a 50% studio credit will be issued.
- If you withdraw within 7 days prior to the first class, no credit will be issued.
- There are no credits once a class begins.
Studio Credit is a credit to be used for future classes, workshops, or supplies at Dover Pottery Studio.
Dover Pottery Studio reserves the right to cancel classes or workshops that do not meet our minimum enrollment requirements. Students will be notified 48 hours in advance of any cancellation by the studio, and will receive a 100% refund of the class or workshop cost, or a credit toward a future class or workshop of the same value.
Conduct and Safety
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor. Use equipment and materials responsibly.
- Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Liability
Students must sign a liability waiver prior to the start of their first class. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with pottery and the use of studio equipment.
